I have extensive experience in the design and execution of historically accurate carvings and classical ornament. If you have the desire for traditional decorative woodwork I can offer to you over twenty years of professional work in developing and producing classically accurate design from all historically significant periods, and in both American and European styles. I am able to replicate client provided exemplars, or I can develop unique designs in conference with you and your architects and designers. I am also able to create more contemporary interpretations of traditional designs. And, if you have valuable antique appointments or furnishings in need of restoration or duplication, I am able to repair or reproduce any ornament or molding required.
I greatly enjoy the opportunity to design and build heirloom quality furnishings, which may be decorated with carved detail or made from select solid woods as you might desire. Because I am a committed Christian and a minister, I specialize in furnishings and sculpture for worship environments.
I am now creating unique sculptural tables, conference tables, sushi bars, and wall sculptures with meticulously hand-carved Koi carp as the central theme. This is a new and dynamically developing vision that is energizing my creative spirit. I also offer all types of carved and/or sand-blasted signage, but I make an effort to begin where the average sign shop leaves off. There is a plethora of good signmakers in the marketplace and I can’t compete with CNC carving: However, permitted creative liberty, I guarantee a sign which will stand well above all others around it, and which will last for years as a valuable statement distinguishing your estate or place of business.
